Cross engineers provided electrical design of power, lighting, fire alarm system for this 5-story, 48,000 square foot facility consisting of fifty (50), secure entry, studio apartments and hospitality kitchen.

Cross Engineers provided design for power, lighting, fire alarm and emergency system servicing elevator/stairwell pressurization system. This seven story facility consists of parking garage, retail spaces, including The Century Theater and 139 residential units.
