Cross Engineers provided electrical design for this 4-story, 63,000 square foot building consisting of classrooms, bistro, coffee shop and a "living wall". Electrical sustainability features included minimized light pollution on the site and 20% energy savings with the use of energy-efficient lighting and controls.

Cross Engineers was responsible for the electrical and lighting design of this 37,500 square foot retail store occupying the first two floors of a new 10 story mixed use building, with residential lofts above. Natural light is brought into the store through high windows and skylights. Photo cells shut down electric lighting when ambient light is sufficient. These strategies assist in a 26 percent reduction in lighting power.
